Florida health authorities reported a new autochthonous dengue case last week. It occurred in Monroe County, marking the third case in the county this year.
Florida has reported 17 autochthonous dengue cases so far in 2024. The cases are distributed as follows: Hillsborough (2), Miami-Dade (11), Monroe (3), and Pasco (1).
Additionally, there have been 303 imported cases during this period.
