Health authorities in Florida have reported a new locally transmitted dengue case in Brevard County, bringing the total number of autochthonous cases in the state in 2025 to four (two in Brevard and two in Miami-Dade). Three of the cases were identified as DENV-3 and one as DENV-4.
Additionally, 118 imported cases have been reported, mainly associated with travel to endemic areas such as Cuba (59 cases).
