Ninety-one confirmed cases of dengue have been reported since the start of the outbreak, with 15 new cases in epidemiological week 33, the highest weekly figure to date. Community transmission continues in Southwest Efate, with the DENV-1 serotype circulating. Fourteen hospitalizations were recorded, all of whom recovered, with no severe cases or deaths. Cases are being reported in several areas of Efate, primarily in Erakor, Port Vila, Eratap, and Pango.
