In the city of São Paulo, 46,774 cases of dengue have been reported in 2025, with 14 deaths. The Health Surveillance Coordination (Covisa) is carrying out prevention and control actions, including home visits, breeding site elimination, fogging, and educational campaigns. In May 2025, efforts were intensified with visits to over 93,000 properties and fogging of more than 6,200 city blocks.
