A dengue cluster was reported at Min-Sheng Municipal Hospital in Kaohsiung, Taiwan, with five confirmed cases among hospitalized patients.
The index case was a 78-year-old woman. Four additional cases were identified in adjacent rooms. Mosquito larvae were found on the hospital premises, leading to fines and remediation orders.
