Dengue cases in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa have reached 478 this year. 2,697 suspected cases have been reported in government hospitals across the province, with no dengue-related deaths reported. In the past week, 83 dengue cases were confirmed out of a total of 620 suspected cases. Peshawar is the most affected district with 177 confirmed cases, followed by Kohat with 151. Preventative measures have been intensified, with over 246,000 homes and 22,000 outdoor sites inspected, detecting dengue larvae in 600 and 304 locations, respectively.
