Dengue in Costa Rica. 12,328 cases this year

Costa Rica’s health authorities (MinSa) have reported 12,328 cases of dengue in the first six months of 2024, and fortunately, no deaths.

Since the beginning of the year, various vector control strategies have been implemented: fumigation, elimination of breeding sites, and public education.
